Setting up ExpensePoint WEB™ and ExpensePoint SME™, is quick and easy. You can
either opt to setup your own program for your company, or if you prefer, we can
setup your program for you.
Our specially trained 'Global Client Services' team has all the experience you
need in establishing all your company settings. They will create all of your
company expense reporting defaults, build any required policies, load and
mirror all of your accounting and general ledger codes as well, they will input
all of your user profiles and much more.
Setup Pricing
We charge a flat rate of $65 per hour for setting up your program. A common
question that we are asked is "How many hours would it take to set up our
company"? We have provided you with an estimate (in hours) based on different
company sizes. Please note that this is meant as a rough guide only and setup
time may vary from company to company.
1 - 100 users 2 - 4 Hours
100 - 500 users 4 - 6 Hours
500 - 1000 users 6 - 10 Hours
1000 - 5000+ users 10 - 20+ Hours
