Pricing for ExpensePoint SME™ is simple, we have no hidden charges
and our pricing is the lowest in the industry.
We have all been frustrated by vendors anoying request to 'Call first for
Pricing' or have wasted time running an a search throughout an entire site to
find pricing. We don't think it is good use of your valued time; therefore we
have listed all of our pricing clearly below.

ExpensePoint SME™ is licensed on a per user basis.
One Time Fee
First year, one-time charge per user license registration - $90.00 per user.
Annual Fee
Annual per user license fee is $18.00 = (*$1.50 per month x 12 months). Payable
annualy after first year in a lump sum on the license anniversary date.
Optional- XPorter™
XPorter™ is an available tool that will allow your company to convert your
expense report data into a customized CSV (Comma Delimited) flat file format.
This integration tool will allow you to import your expense report data
directly into your company's accounting system. The cost of XPorter™ is a one
time $500.00 fee.
