Pros: The accuracy of the receipt reading is second to none that I have ever experienced with other suppliers.

Cons: I would like for it to automatically take daily values down to a pre-set amount if the end user exceeds an allowance. It doesn’t do this, but neither does ay other system. I hope that the industry best practice will change to suit.

Overall: The end user benefits tremendously from not having to carry multiple receipts in their possession.

The administrator doesn’t have stack of paper sat on the desk

The accountant can automatically sync the claims with our ERP.

These are all savings of NVAT with no negative impact on our administration at all.

It’s a win/Win

Pros: Any time I have needed help, our rep has always been right there to assist very quickly. It has made things much smoother and easy for us.

Cons: The app can have bugs every once in a while and it would be easier if you could click from the main screen when you have reports to review, rather than go into the Expense Manager and search.

Overall: This has consolidated as well as promoted for much change in our company. Our department heads are taking control of their financials for their departments and much of it started with questions when we began using ExpensePoint.

Pros: The software is very user friendly and the cost is reasonable.

Cons: I really do not have any complaints about it.

Pros: Ease of use and logical arrangement. Setup and reporting was fairly painless

Cons: I need a few more programming options for file export into my accounting system.

Pros: It is very easy to use and the support with my sales team was excellent.

Cons: I wish there was an auto response that goes out to the employee when you reject an expense or need more information

Pros: Customizable options and user friendly functions.

Cons: The learning curve of understanding how the software maps each g/l code.

Overall: The receipt wallet function has been great for our users and not having as many lost receipts with this quick feature.

Pros: its easy to use, we have not got to downloading the event and event and balance owing on the budget so lets see

Cons: upload of receipts is rather slow and again until I see the event by event breakdown I cant really comment

Pros: Employees find it very easy to use on their end after only a 30 minute training session. The executive who has helped with implementation has been amazing. It gets easier to use the more you use it on the admin side. After a few weeks we already see the huge value of Expense Point. It is supper efficient for our employees and also for the admin side.

Cons: So far, the batching for ACH payments. With the executive’s help and a few adjustments on my end it will work out fine.

Overall: It has been a great experience. I wish we could have got the partners on board sooner. This is going to be great for our team!

Pros: Minimal clicks to use the software and great visibility into the status of each expense report

Easy to use reporting

Receipt upload

Customer service has been exceptional – supportive, responsive, patient

Cons: Mileage submission is limited to 5 stops for each expense so it creates a second line

Potential to submit duplicate expenses unless monitoring carefully
