Pros: Ability to customize software the needs of company and multiple cost types. Multiple ways of uploading and storing receipts.

Cons: Does NOT easily integrate with QB as we were sold on by salesperson. (Has nothing to do with technical setup.)

Pros: First everybody we talked to was very professional and very reactive on every requests we had (even proactive). Great Customer Support!
Then what we like the most about the software itself is that it’s very user friendly and very flexible for the company needs. Also best value on the market.
The receipt reader is a feature that we really love.

We are using expense point since a little more than a month and our company is very pleased with it. I definitely recommend it.
We are still in the process of integrating expense point with our ERP and looking forward to it. That would saves us a great amount of time.

Cons: I don’t have much cons because when we have a problem we notified the customer service that take care of it.
The only thing right now is that we are eager to have the Spanish Version!

Overall: So First benefit is that people don’t have to carry around there receipts and lost them, and for us that the huge benefit.
Then I would say that on the long term it’s gonna reduce the work of creating the report (waiting to see how the integration with our ERP works first!)

Pros: It is easy to upload receipts into the wallet for the month. I can use my Ipad and it is immediately synced up with my desktop.

Cons: I’m having issues with accounts not set up and thus I’m getting errors when I try to submit the expenses.

Pros: The software’s accessibility is great. The monitoring capability is helpful. I also like it that we have the control on some portions on the set-up, such that we can already do some minor changes even without going to customer support.

Cons: – Some limitations on the reports that we can generate such that we cannot make reports based on what we info we need, we can only utilize the current available reports
– there is no approver’s capability to assign their replacement approver in case there is a need, without going to the customer support
– there is no capability on tracking receipt by Accounting of the hard copy of receipts
– some reports do not have an indicator on the report summary that receipts are attached to that report unless you looked at the expense summary

Overall: The approval flow of our expense reports becomes faster and tracking becomes easier.

In regards to the limitations that you mention, firstly the Analysis reports. Although we have a very comprehensive list of over 36 reports and graphs, it is always nice to be able to create your own reports from scratch. I believe this feature may be added in the ExpensePoint system in the future. As for the other points I believe we do have the solutions available in ExpensePoint and certainly for the receipt management comments. Pros: The user experience and customer service are a perfect fit for our company. We are a small office that needed to improve our reporting process. Expense Point has all the features we need and is very well priced for a smaller group.

Cons: I haven’t found anything we don’t like about this software yet – all the feedback has been positive.

Overall: The best benefit is the value for your dollar for small groups that need to streamline the reporting process. The level of service during the setup process and continued support are amazing!

Pros: Once the functions of the software have been discussed, it is easy for the admin to navigate and customize depending on the Company needs. The software is very flexible and easy to use both for the admin and users. It can be accessed anywhere as long you have internet and gadget. Admin can see Everyone’s report even those which are not submitted yet.

Cons: It heavily rely on the internet, that is why we advise the users to get stable internet connection so they will not be interrupted.

Overall: This makes the approval of transaction faster and easy to monitor

Pros: automated workflow, tracking of submitted expenses, and ability to split expenses among locations, training videos can be saved on home screen

Cons: Inability to split quickly when its among 20+ different locations. It is very time consuming to do splits on the corporate side that are split among so many locations.

Pros: We were able to customize ExpensePoint to fit our needs and found the support team to be very responsive and knowledgeable.

Cons: Splitting transactions is a bit cumbersome. It would be great if we could split transactions from the initial window where a transaction is first entered or coded.
