Pros: i liked the ease of Use, very easy to take a picture of receipt to load. I also liked the ability to assign multiple company gl”s.

Cons: The employees were hesitant to use the product.

Pros: The ease of use is incredible. The auto match receipts to transactions are very high percentage.

Cons: The instances where you can’t auto-match or there are multiple banks transactions to 1 receipt and you have to copy the receipt multiple times to match it.

Pros: Their customer support really sets them apart from their competition. We searched at least 3 other software companies before deciding to upgrade to ExpensePoint and we couldn’t be happier. The team is a pleasure to work with.

Cons: None that we have not been able to work through.

Pros: Ease of use, simplicity of the implementation, training.

Cons: I haven’t found anything I don’t like about this software. The only thing I might mention is the direct deposit partner is not what I expected, takes to long to deposit funds to employees. Teh only comment from employees has been wishing the software could remember their last entries and populate accordingly – that would be impossible if it is to be accurate.

Overall: Overall, the program is phenomenal. Training is superb. Most of the users have had nothing but praises. The software saves the users and me many hours each month. It is well worth the cost!

Pros: The software is easy to navigate through. It also allows me to decline one expense versus declining the whole report for one item.

Cons: I haven’t found any thing that I don’t like about this software.

Pros: I have been using this software for 3 years now and rarely ever have service issues. When I do have an issue, the tech support team at ExpensePoint takes care of it immediately. I like the functionality of the software and ease of use, but what I like most is the people in tech support. The expense reporting needs of our company can be complicated, but the tech support team has always been able to create something for us to make it easier.

Cons: We are limited to to a certain credit card company that will allow us to have our transactions automatically uploaded.

Overall: Each employee is able to assign their own expenses to the correct project and then break it out for the correct department expense. We have all of our transactions automatically uploaded into our system so I know if an employee forgets to turn in expenses. This is a very beneficial aspect of the software that I would not want to lose.

Pros: Great Support! CSR has always been there to assist in any way necessary! Easy to use for both user and admin, affordable, built-in training and such a time-saver for everyone!

Cons: Sometimes a bit slow but overall a great software.

Overall: Great time-saver for both user and admin. Great support, easy training, great price, easy to navigate, reps less likely to loose receipts!

Pros: i can running form phone and form computer

Cons: sometimes the capture option come up blurry but i can get live help.

Overall: I love the fact that it user friendly and i can the phone app up and running all the time.

Pros: I love everything about this software. It is easy to use and saves me so much time. The feedback from employees has been overwhelmingly positive. I can’t believe it took us this long to pick this software.

Cons: There is literally absolutely nothing I don’t like about ExpensePoint.

Pros: Our company is new to ExpensePoint and it works well as an expense reporting program. While we have much to dive into, our account rep has been exceptionally helpful.

Cons: Credit cards cannot be submitted until the 5th of the month

Would like to add to the wish list an expense over $25 cannot be submitted without a receipt

Overall: Overall experience has been positive, staff members are please with it as is our executives. Approval workflow is seamless and tracking has become easier.
