Pros: * Easy to use

* It give me the ability to title my own expense entries that are unique to my business

Cons: I have not had a problem with this software. Nothing comes to mind.

Overall: I can quickly and easily enter my monthly business expenses.

Pros: About the simplicity and friendly usable APP

Cons: It has issues about uploading the maps for travel related expenses

Pros: Functionality, customer support and cost.

Cons: Tutorials are not updated quickly with new technology.

Pros: Ease of use. The software is helpful when traveling.

Cons: Glitches. When it hangs up it can be frustrating when trying to complete reports.

Overall: Representative was super helpful. She understood what was wrong immediately and resolved within a couple of minutes. Very professional, positive, and responsive!

Pros: I maintain ExpensePoint for multiple users. I find ease in entering report for each user and I am able to easily locate the report after it has been submitted. I also find the Receipt Wallet helpful. As the users I maintain turn in receipts I can keep them in an easily accessible place until I have all the receipts I need for the report. The Google map option is also a convenient way to have exact mileage for trips.

Cons: Once I learned the program I have had no issues.

Pros: Easy to use. If staff has any questions or problems we just pick up the phone and call for help.

Cons: Can be a little slow with the online version.

Pros: Very easy to learn and use. very well designed and thought out. visually pleasing to the eye also with the final report. looks clean and sharp.

Cons: Nothing that can’t be overcome or adapted to.

Overall: My whole experience with ExpensePoint has been excellent. easy to download and practice the demo. easy to make the purchase. and the support staff were excellent to work with in Customer Service.

Pros: ExpensePoint is a very flexible, user-friendly solution to managing expense reports – both for the employees, especially those on the go, and for accounting.

Cons: It took a little bit of time to set up the accounts, but once done, all is perfect.

Overall: Expense Point helps save time in accounting but is very easy to use for busy employees and helps them submit their expenses in a timely fashion. Plus we have eliminated the need to keep the paper receipts. We are now paperless.

Pros: The variety of tabs/menus to easily go from approving reports to editing the expense categories in the Settings Manager. It is a flexible and powerful tool to process expense reports and in turn to analyze them.

Helpful & knowledgeable support team that goes above & beyond to support the integration and fix any issues.

Cons: Once the receipt reader feature is activated there is no way to manually override the reader if I want to upload a receipt without having it “read”. This could be useful to cut out extra steps of isolating the personal expenses when uploading a receipt with personal & business expenses.

Overall: Overall, the experience has been great with ExpensePoint. The team took care of us during the integration by adapting to your unique circumstances. We really appreciate it!

Pros: I found the software easy to use and required very few clicks.

Cons: Not sure if this software related but for reimbursement we did not want to use Forte. The alternative option needs to be better streamlined.

Overall: Overall I am satisfied

Pros: The training I received at the beginning was amazing and she answered all my questions and took her time on making sure i understood everything. when i have questions she always replies to my emails with a solution.

Cons: sometimes the software can be very slow, specially when adding receipts it takes 20 min-30min sometimes.

Overall: great experience i love it
