Comments: Kempinski Hotels SA implemented ExpensePoint nearly 3 years ago. Since this time we had a really good improvement handling our expense claims.
The frequent travelers are able to do them online wherever they are and the approval process is online as well.
All data can be converted to be uploaded into our accounting system.
The handling itself is easy and self explanatory. The introduction videos on the welcome page gives every user a really good overview how to use the system.
We use in addition a short manual for newcomers, which we prepared for our special needs.
We still have sometimes problems, that the pages is not loading properly. But the support team at Global Point is quick in helping and can usually solve the problem within a day.
We would definitely recommend the system.
