Comments: I’ve recently moved our expense reporting to ExpensePoint and I am extremely happy. From the very initial point of contact I had to the very last training, the customer service was outstanding. Every question & concern I had was addressed and answered. They understood from the start that I was under enormous pressure as our existing contract was ending in under two weeks and they pulled it off. We had a demo, setup the account, did administrative training, and held 2 user trainings in a matter of 9 working days…AMAZING. I have no ‘cons’ to report…but the ‘pros’ are GREAT customer service, a GREAT system, and annual savings – who could ask for more!
