“I installed the Desktop program and when I run the program I receive an application error”
This issue is likely due to your computer not having the correct Microsoft .Net Framework software installed. We recommend that you click on the link below and install this required software first. After installing this software try running ExpensePoint again by clicking the ExpensePoint (blue globe) icon on your desktop. If you do not have this icon on your desktop then click on the installation link below.
“When I log in I received an error displaying ‘Invalid User Name/Password’.”
Generally you would receive this error if one or all of the following occurred: 1. you have entered an email address other than the one that you used for your registered trail, 2. You have mis-typed your email address or the password, 3. You forgot your password, in which case you can enter your email address and then just click on the ‘forgot password’ link and ExpensePoint will send you your password.
